Safety Library is a free index of 7,750 public safety alerts, investigation reports and guidance documents from 23 regulators, investigation bodies and industry organisations.
What It Covers
Each record gives the document’s title, publisher, type, date and reference, a short summary and its classifications by topic, activity, equipment, control, sector and setting. Records link to the publisher’s own copy or page. No account is needed.
- Search covers titles, references, summaries and classifications, and for some publishers the opening pages of the document.
- Filter by publisher, type, date range and any classification, with or without a query.
- The address bar always reflects the search, so a results page can be bookmarked or shared.
- Press / on the search page to jump to the search box, or Ctrl K anywhere for quick search.
Suggest a Document or Report a Broken Link
Email hello@safetylibrary.org. For a suggestion, include the link to the publisher’s page. For a broken link or a mistake in a record, include the record’s address (it looks like safetylibrary.org/doc/…) and, if you know it, where the document has moved to.
Only documents that a publisher lists publicly are indexed. Please do not send copies of documents or anything obtained through a members-only login.
