Summary
This US combustible dust study combines seven incident summaries with historical incident data, an MSDS review and surveys of state fire-code programmes. It explains primary and secondary explosions, examines dust collection and housekeeping deficiencies, and evaluates hazard communication, inspector training and regulatory gaps.
