Summary
A forklift manoeuvring to collect gas cylinders hit a 3.8-ton storage rack positioned on its side for repair beside a workshop. The rack toppled onto a worker, injuring his abdomen and trapping his foot. He died from internal haemorrhage three hours later despite prompt treatment and evacuation by plane.
