Summary
This investigation records a finger injury on Chevron’s Viosca Knoll Platform A. A workstation caught while being lowered; the employee pushed it with his foot, causing it to twist and strike his right little finger. He was evacuated and placed on restricted duty. The district made no recommendations to MMS.
