Summary
An alert describes cargo unloading from a helicopter at a rig while the aircraft remained running for a quick turnaround. A co-pilot pushed cargo towards two roustabouts without their knowledge. A wheel-mounted casing cutter rolled out of the cargo bay and fell onto one worker’s foot, injuring him.
