Summary

A D6C side-boom loading nine pipe lengths onto a crew cab deck was involved in contact with an energised 25,000-volt overhead line. Two labourers suffered electrical shock and were assessed at hospital before release. Work stopped, and the electricity company, operator and contractor management were notified.
