Summary
A derrickman repositioning a plumb-bob rope at an active mud tank held a loop in his left hand while guiding it through grating. The rope caught in the agitator shaft, pulling his hand onto the grating and tightening around it. He freed his hand but sustained a fractured finger requiring restricted duties.
