Summary
A roustabout greasing a deadline sheave placed his arm through the fast line sheave for stability. Blocks were moved at a mechanic’s request while he remained in the derrick. His grease gun became caught and fell, narrowly missing a company representative; the roustabout sustained slight forearm bruising.
