Summary
Two personnel-hoisting incidents injured suspended workers. During cementing-head removal after a casing job, a twisting head brought a valve into a worker’s knee. On another project, a worker inspecting a top drive slipped and swung into a supporting brace, sustaining an injury that resulted in lost time.
