Summary
During backloading at a vessel’s stern, a tubular cargo basket swung into a restricted hose bay as the vessel dipped in waves, snagging on its protection bar. It came free and landed on a container, also striking handrails. Minor damage occurred, but crew were safely positioned and uninjured.
