Summary
Investigation synopsis of carbon monoxide poisoning aboard Chapter Two during a River Medway passage on 31 December 1999. Main-engine exhaust entered the cabin heater intake and circulated through the accommodation. Passengers developed headaches and collapsed; the owner returned to the marina for emergency treatment. All recovered.
