Summary
BSEE investigates an oil discharge from a corroded wet gas pipeline at High Island A 582 C. Cox reported an estimated 129.145 gallons released during pipeline depressurisation. The report identifies a poor mechanical integrity programme as the probable cause, records clamp repair and testing, and recommends improving equipment integrity management.
