Summary
Two facility fires involved hot barbecue debris reaching a waste bag and used charcoal being discarded into a trash compactor. Neither caused injury or equipment damage. BSEE recommends operators consider debris containment, safe charcoal disposal, checks before cooking and communication of disposal policies and smoking-area requirements.
