Summary
A roughneck fell after disconnecting his lanyard while attached to a winch hook, from which his harness chest ring slipped. The fall followed work repositioning a telescopic bell nipple in the BOP area. He sustained pelvic and back fractures and received emergency stabilisation before hospital transfer.
