Summary
A fatal incident occurred during drilling rig reassembly while a driller checked the doghouse position. An unsecured folding work platform tilted and fell as he moved onto it. He fell 5 metres, and the platform landed on him. Colleagues summoned help and provided first aid before emergency services confirmed his death.
