Summary
During wireline tool assembly, rig heave brought a needle-valve bleed-off manifold on a Coil Tubing Lift Frame into contact with the lifting bridle as a winch lowered the string. The manifold sheared at its threaded coupling and fell 30 ft to the rig floor. It weighed 7 lb; nobody was injured.
