Summary
Investigation of an overboard release of approximately 66 barrels of zinc bromide completion fluid during transfer to a filtration unit on Vermillion 342 A. Open cement-unit valves diverted fluid through a displacement tank and drain. Findings identify failure to follow JSA measures and verify isolation before transfer.
