Summary
During preparations to lay down a directional tool, a hoist-operated line snagged on the substructure and tightened against a crew member beside an open V-door gate. The line pushed him down the slide; he struck the pipe stop and rolled onto the catwalk, sustaining minor back swelling and discomfort.
